环氧地坪漆涂料使用单位在产品涂装过程中，防静电地坪漆的施工技术指标一般都很重视对环氧地坪漆涂层的各项质量指标的检测，而通常忽视对环氧地坪漆涂料质量的检测。涂装前，严格控制选择使用环氧地坪漆涂料的质量，才能保证产品涂装的高质量。批量涂料购用进厂，工艺部门只能对涂料抽样检测合格验收，取样检测，虽具该批涂料代表性的质量性能，但不能保证整批涂料100%的完全合乎涂料标准，以及出厂质量标准指标的各项性能要求:

(1) Testing the viscosity of epoxy floor coatings The viscosity of the coatings is divided into relative viscosity, kinematic viscosity and absolute viscosity. In the process of coating, the viscosity of coating measured by -4 viscometer is the relative viscosity. Viscosity testing in addition to the commonly used coating-4 viscometer, there are high viscosity testing coating-1 viscometer, drop ball viscometer and less application of rotary viscometer.

（2）环氧地坪漆涂料细度的检测颜色涂料组分中的颜料、填料颗粒的粗细大小，以及在生产中均匀分散的程度，对涂膜外观平整光滑，光泽等有较大的影响。为此，必须测试涂料细度的质量指标，使之符合涂料质量标准规定的指标。常用刮板细度计可检测涂料的细度指标。

(2) Testing the fineness of floor coatings; the size of pigments and filler particles in the components of color coatings, and the degree of uniform dispersion in production, have a greater impact on the smooth appearance and gloss of the coatings. For this reason, the quality index of coating fineness must be tested to conform to the specifications specified in the paint quality standard. （3）常用涂料质量标准和出厂质量标准涂料质量(指溶剂涂料)有国际标准，我国有国家标准、化学工业部部颁标准和各生产厂的出厂质量标准。地坪漆涂料质量标准中可侧定的有涂料的细度、粘度、流平性、遮盖力、密度、闪点、稠度等项目，使用前对地坪漆涂料还有一此可日测的质量项目。

(3) There are international standards for the quality of commonly used coatings and for the quality of coatings (referring to solvent coatings) as well as national standards, standards issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry and quality standards for each factory. In the quality standard of floor paint, there are such items as fineness, viscosity, leveling, covering power, density, flash point and consistency of the coating. 施工环氧地坪漆和地坪翻新固然他们的选材和施工基本一样，但是他们的方式也不尽相同的，地坪翻新起首要将旧地坪铲除，并做底层处理。

铲除旧涂膜，首先要搞清楚地坪老化的状况和新地坪漆可否相容，假如地坪老化水平严峻，则可以用水浸泡、冲刷再用油灰刀整理干净。普通运用机械办法清理溶剂型地坪，例如钢丝刷或电动砂轮，由于溶剂型地坪漆外表比较致密，所以运用机械法比较适宜。

假如由于公司开展缘由需求更新地坪，首要需要考虑的是坪漆的相容性。假如地坪相容性好，只需求清洗外表再进行地坪涂装便可，假如相容很差，则需求将旧地坪清理后再重装。

环氧防静电地坪漆具有装饰性和适用性，然而在施工完成后常会呈现涂膜气泡、刷痕、空鼓、脱皮等现象，这些问题主要有几个原因，基本是由于施工欠妥形成，也可能是选择了劣质资料形成，或许是在运用进程中没有保护。

环氧树脂地坪漆涂料在交联固化成膜中产生的内应力较低:环氧地坪漆涂料在成膜过程中，功能性地坪漆的技术施工事项很多因素都会导致地坪漆的涂膜内应力的产生而造成涂膜的最终缺陷，尤其是涂膜对底材附着力的降低。环氧树脂分子中含有仲轻基固化时还会派生出一些经基，轻基之间将产生氢键缔合作用使环氧树脂分子排列紧密，因此环氧树脂在固化前后密度差别较小，而且环氧树脂的固化反应主要是逐步开环的加成聚合反应，在反应中无小分子的副产物生成，因此环氧树脂的固化收缩率很低，因此环氧树脂涂料在固化成膜时对涂膜/界面之间的附着力影响很小。

The internal stress of epoxy floor coatings is low in the course of cross-linking and curing. During the process of film formation, many factors in the technical application of functional floor coatings will lead to the internal stress of the coatings and cause the final defects of the coatings, especially the reduction of adhesion of the coatings to the substrate. When the epoxy resin molecule contains the secondary light group, it also derives some meridian groups. The hydrogen bond association between the light groups makes the epoxy resin molecule arrange tightly. Therefore, the density difference of the epoxy resin before and after curing is small. Moreover, the curing reaction of the epoxy resin is mainly the addition polymerization of the gradual ring opening, and there is no such reaction. As a by-product of small molecules, the curing shrinkage of epoxy resin is very low, so the adhesion between the film and the interface is little affected by the curing of epoxy resin coatings.
